There are many alternatives to in-branch banking that can be done from the comfort of your own home:

Doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19

As a community taking the necessary steps to slow the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you do not come in branch if you're experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Following BC health guidelines and the co-operative model, here are some of the ways SASCU is protecting our staff and members. We've:

  • limited face-to-face appointments; advisor appointments can be done by phone, video chat, or email
  • enhanced cleanings of all staff and member areas,
  • increased availability of hand sanitizers for staff and public,
  • installed plexiglass at service counters,
  • practise social distancing between open counters and amongst staff,
  • directed self-isolation to staff per health authority recommendations,
  • limited capacities in all locations
  • and let our staff and members know that we are here for them by offering support resources.

For some, COVID-19 may generate new financial challenges or unexpected economic hardships. As always, we are here to help.

If your income has been negatively impacted by COVID and you are having a difficult time making scheduled payments, talk to us. We will work with each member on a case by case basis to determine the right approach for you. Call our Contact Centre (250.832.8011) to book a telephone, in person, or virtual appointment with a SASCU Advisor.
